Strategy can also be defined as “A general direction set for the company and its various components to achieve a desired state in the future. Strategy results from the detailed strategic planning process”.

How we work.


Step 1: Understanding Your Goals

The first step in our process is to meet with you to understand your goals with marketing and advertising and the unique challenges you may be facing. This initial meeting will provide us with the opportunity to get to know you and your business.


Step 2: Develop And Present A Custom Media Plan

We will use the information we gathered from you and your team to put together a customized media plan for your business. Inside, we will list all of the recommended solutions that we can offer within your budget, that help you achieve your overarching business goals. 

Once the media plan has been created, we will schedule some time with you to present our ideas and get your feedback. 

The media plan development is very much a two-way street. We want to make sure you know your options and that you are seeing the value of what we can provide, so expect some back and forth.

Once we get it just right, and you make the decision that you would like to work with us, we will walk you through the contract. Once signed, we will schedule a kick-off meeting to discuss how we will onboard your account and get you set up for success.

Step 3: Onboarding

When you work with an advertising agency, one of the most important things that we can do in the beginning is set expectations for what it is like to work with us, how often we will communicate, and what the next steps are.

This might include working with our traffic team to make sure your “plumming” is in order - these are more technical things like getting your tracking pixels set up, gaining access to your website or analytics software (if applicable), and setting up or getting access to your Google Tag Manager account. 

In order to best serve you, these processes are imperative because without taking these steps, we might not be able to show you the most accurate and up-to-date data, which is what you will need to make the best decisions for your brand.
